Subject: Does vip.j2j work for facebook?
Hi

I'm working on the project of getting my android-phone on facebook chat. I would like to use the google GTalk-client. However, it doesn't allow me to change the login details (it always uses my gmail-account).

I have tried using some public j2j-transports, but none of them support the encrypted login that facebook uses (DIGEST-MD5).

So, before I sign up for jabbim.com, i'd like to know if you support this. An old post suggests that it's comming, but there are no updates (at least not in english). What is the current situation?

I'm logging to my Facebook account through j2j-vip all the time, although I'm not sure how well gateways (transports) currently work with Google Talk accounts. I know there are some limitations on how many contacts you can add per day.

Of course you get two weeks of VIP services for free, so you can just test it without paying anything beforehand. :)
