Subject: User has disabled log files
We have jabbim running on our LAN and one of the machines has had logging turned off.  Is there a way to restrict the user from turning off the archive plugin?

If you need all messages logged, you should consider logging messages at server instead. Jabbim is open source, you can modify it to ensure user cannot turn logging off. But you can also modify it to disable logging if you are able to. I think current version was never meant to restrict user from configuring his client the way he like it. If you need that, you need modified version. I am not jabbim developer and i cannot say if they are willing to make different version for you. But i believe if you want all messages always logged, you should do that at the server, not at the client.
